Equality of Opportunity

Consideration of Equality and diversity issues are key aspects of any application for European Funding and form a key policy imperative for ACL European Consultancy Ltd.

Andrew Luff, Director, ACL European has extensive experience of promoting inclusion and is fully trained in equality matters (including initial EQIA screening) from his time at EEDA He has previously worked for the Department of Employment (as then called) and had been a member of the Department’s joint working group on equality issues.

ACL European is a small company but will ensure that anybody working under our name will strive to make sure equality and diversity is fully respected and actively promoted.  We believe that ensuring opportunity for all irrespective of gender, sexual orientation, race, disability and age enables all to realise their full potential.  This approach offers a clear benefit for all individuals and society in general.

In our work we will assist clients to develop projects in way which is cognisant of the equality agenda and to respond in a positive way to the opportunity.  There are many ways to develop an inclusive approach at the project development and delivery stage.  We will seek to identify these opportunities and advise accordingly.
