Project Development

ACL European can offer unrivalled expertise to support the the development of projects seeking to access European Funding especially ERDF. We have extensive knowledge of the application process. We understand the requirements for funding and can offer a range of support services from bid writing to expert review of proposed applications and hands on support. It should be noted that during the current programme period for ESIF there is a two stage application process. At the 'outline' stage Managing Authorities will not provide advice to project applicants.

Project Evaluation

ACL European and associates are well placed to offer evaluation services on EU funded projects. We have specific expertise in relation to the requirements for evaluating EU funded projects and have the knowledge and skills to deliver

high quality project evaluation reports.

Training and Capacity Building

ACL European offers training for staff involved in the delivery of European Structural Fund Programmes based on fourteen years of experience in the field. We can also provide capacity building for organisations seeking to access or administer

EU funded projects or programmes.

Support for Managing Authorities and Intermediary Bodies

ACL European can offer specific support for Managing Authorities and/or Intermediate Bodies and other institutions involved in the delivery of Structural Funds. For example, we have delivered support to the State Chancellery of Latvia.
